Qualifications

• 5+ years in a global direct-to-consumer digital or e-commerce business.
• Experience using data, analytics and AI-generated insights to inform commercial decisions.
• Comfortable partnering with Planning & Finance to translate forecasts into merchandising strategies.
• Customer-first mindset emphasizing personalization and experience.
• Strong analytical mindset to connect financial and customer insights with AI-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Translate forecasts into merchandising strategies across console, web and mobile.
• Monitor performance and AI signals to adjust campaigns, placements and content.
• Leverage AI insights to identify opportunities and optimize store experiences.
• Design and run data-driven experiments to validate hypotheses and improve experiences.
• Review performance data daily/weekly/monthly and act to optimize store outcomes.
• Develop and share best practices with store teams for continuous improvement.
