Role requires cross-functional collaboration with Product, Data Science and global stakeholders to run experiments, analyze performance and continuously optimize storefront

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a global direct-to-consumer digital or e-commerce business.
• Experience using data, analytics and AI-generated insights.
• Collaboration with Planning & Finance to translate forecasts into strategies.
• Customer-focused with emphasis on personalization.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work across global teams and functions.
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Planning & Finance to translate forecasts into merchandising strategies across console, web and mobile.
• Monitor performance and AI signals to adjust campaigns, placements and content.
• Leverage AI insights to identify opportunities and optimize storefront experiences.
• Design and run data-driven experiments to validate hypotheses and improve outcomes.
• Review performance data daily/weekly/monthly and translate into actionable tradeoffs.
• Collaborate with wider Store teams to improve efficiency and processes.
