Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Application Design and Development to lead the delivery of UI-focused solutions across mobile, web and tablet platforms. You’ll engage in coding, design specifications, and client-facing collaboration to deliver development services aligned with business requirements.

You’ll guide teams through planning, execution and closure, with travel as needed. The role emphasizes quality, risk management, and a hybrid client-serving model in a large, globally connected firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• 4+ years of experience with Angular or similar frontend frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL and Temporal.
• Knowledge of Generative AI and building Agents.
• Ability to design and implement robust APIs and microservices using Java, Python, FastAPI and OpenAPI.
• Integrate authentication and authorization mechanisms using Keycloak, OAuth2, OIDC, and Azure Active Directory (AAD).
• Experience with Data Visualization tools like: D3, Highcharts, Plotly.js, Ember Charts.
• Experience using Commercial Dashboards (PowerBI, Tableau, Looker).
• Test-Driven Development (TDD) / unit testing.
• Experience in complex codebases and frontend performance best practices.
