Job summary

Oremda Infotech Inc in Texas is seeking a hands-on Technical Lead to guide AI-driven software initiatives. You will own architecture, ensure secure, scalable full-stack delivery, and mentor cross-functional teams across product, DevOps, architecture, and business units.

The role requires 7–10+ years in software development with Azure or AWS, strong CI/CD, Terraform, and experience shaping enterprise-scale solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
7–10+ years in software development with senior/lead experience.
Hands-on with Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and DevOps practices.
Knowledge of OOAD, SOLID, secure coding, and automated testing.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership across AI-driven development workstreams.
Establish and enforce software engineering best practices, coding standards, testing approaches, and security requirements.
Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and technical assessments for high-quality deliverables.
Collaborate with Product, Program, DevOps, Risk, and Architecture teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
Contribute to architecture decisions and critical project deliverables.
Support CI/CD processes, deployment activities, and troubleshooting efforts.
Lead root cause analysis and resolution of production and pre-production issues.
Ensure governance, documentation, version control, and release management standards.
Mentor and support development teams, fostering technical excellence and continuous improvement.
