Job summary

Revivn, based in Brooklyn, NY, is seeking a Product Engineer to be the embedded technical presence for our customer-facing platform. You will work directly with our customer-facing team to understand pain points, then build the fix yourself on our Ruby on Rails and React stack.

This role combines product ownership with hands-on development, translating learnings into PRDs and specs, and shipping end-to-end features.

Qualifications

Full-stack experience with Ruby on Rails and React in production.
Genuine, demonstrated fluency with AI-assisted engineering workflows.
Comfort owning a problem from stakeholder conversation through to shipped code.
Ability to context-switch between proactive feature work and reactive fixes.
Clear written communication to write PRDs and specs.
Ability to work independently while coordinating with teammates in a different location.

Responsibilities

Work directly with the customer-facing team to understand pain points and gather requirements.
Translate learnings into problem framing, PRDs, and lightweight documentation.
Own feature and workflow improvements on the customer-facing platform end-to-end.
Build and ship features on the Ruby on Rails and React stack.
Leverage AI-native engineering workflows to accelerate delivery.
Maintain documentation so teammates can pick up the work later.
Triage and fix P2/P3 issues as part of regular workload.
Escalate P0/P1 issues to broader engineering teams.
Collaborate with product for roadmap overlap and technical sequencing.
