Qualifications

• Full-stack experience with Rails and React in production.
• Fluency with AI-assisted engineering workflows.
• Ability to own a problem from stakeholder conversation to shipped code.
• Clear written communication with PRDs and specs.

Responsibilities

• Discover requirements with the customer-facing team and translate into PRDs and specs.
• Own end-to-end feature and workflow improvements on the customer-facing platform.
• Build and ship features on Ruby on Rails and React stack.
• Use AI-native workflows to accelerate delivery and maintain docs.
