Job summary

PolicyMe is hiring an AI-Driven Full Stack Engineer to build and deploy AI-powered features across the stack. You’ll work on frontend and backend with Python, React, Redux, PostgreSQL and AWS, integrating AI models to automate processes and surface data-driven insights.

You will collaborate with senior AI engineers, stay current with emerging AI tech, and contribute to architecture, release planning, and company-wide initiatives in a remote-first Canada-based team.

Responsibilities

• Develop full stack features for an AI-powered web app using Python, React, Redux, PostgreSQL and AWS.
• Integrate AI models and APIs for document processing and data extraction.
• Collaborate with senior AI engineers to deploy models to production.
• Stay current with AI technologies and explore new applications.
• Build scalable backend services to support AI workflows.
• Create intuitive UIs that surface AI-powered capabilities.
• Participate in architecture planning, reviews, and release planning.
