The role blends frontend, backend and AI infrastructure work with close collaboration with founders and cross-functional teams. You will move quickly from concept to production, measure outcomes, and iterate rapidly when results aren’t as expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience shipping production software systems
• Strong skills in Python, TypeScript, or similar languages
• Experience building and deploying AI-powered products (LLM apps, agents, or workflow automation)
• Ability to work across frontend, backend and AI infrastructure layers
• Track record of moving quickly from concept to production
• Comfort translating operational problems into software solutions and working with business stakeholders
• Strong product instincts with a focus on measurable business outcomes

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered product features across the full stack.
• Design and deploy agent workflows, LLM applications, and automation systems.
• Collaborate with sales, service, and underwriting teams to identify operational bottlenecks.
• Create feedback loops, evaluations, and decision-tracing systems to improve model performance.
• Test and implement new AI capabilities as models and tooling evolve.
• Ship production code rapidly and measure business impact.
• Own outcomes such as conversion, efficiency, and user adoption metrics.
• Present results and learnings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
