Beast Industries in the Bay Area is rebuilding its app with AI-first tooling. You will own features across account, home page, and e-commerce, delivering fast, reliable experiences at scale.

You will work with a small team leveraging AI coding tools to accelerate development and QA, while prioritizing performance and seamless UX across devices. The role requires 3+ years building consumer-facing products, strong frontend and backend skills, and a product-minded, data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• AI-native mindset with daily token-based coding
• 3+ years building consumer-facing products across frontend and backend
• Performance that tracks load times, latency, and checkout conversions
• Data-driven with A/B testing mindset to inform decisions
• Experience with mobile/frontend (React Native, Swift, Kotlin) and a backend language

Responsibilities

• Build and ship user-facing features across account, home page, and e-commerce surfaces using AI coding tools.
• Take ownership of your features end to end, from development through release, with AI-facilitated QA processes.
• Focus on performance metrics: load times, crash rates, latency, checkout conversion.
• Collaborate closely with teammates to maintain high standards and fast iteration.
