Beast Industries in San Mateo, CA seeks an AI-native Data Scientist to join an AI-first engineering rebuild for a global audience. You will design analyses, run A/B experiments, and translate findings into actionable product decisions alongside engineers and product teams.

You should have 3+ years in data science or analytics, strong SQL and Python, and experience with A/B frameworks and cloud data stacks (AWS, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake). Hybrid in-office 3 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Communicate findings clearly to product/engineering stakeholders and translate insights into decisions.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate workflows from data exploration to insight delivery and iteration.
