EliseAI is hiring a Software Engineer (Full Stack & Mobile) to accelerate automation of leasing processes and improve efficiency for our customers in housing and healthcare. You will own major features, drive architectural improvements, and push for robust testing and CI/CD.

Qualifications

• Startup mindset and ownership with sense of urgency
• Shipped scalable mobile applications to the app store
• Able to solve problems with little guidance
• Strong bias for action
• Strong system design knowledge
• 2+ years of Java, C#, Go or Python
• 2+ years of Flutter, Swift, Kotlin, or Objective C++
• Understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven distributed systems
• Understanding of machine learning and data
• AWS experience
• Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week

Responsibilities

• Contribute rapidly to our core software platform that automates the leasing process and helps our customers operate their apartment communities more efficiently
• Develop and own new features that increase value for our customers
• Propose meaningful improvements to our software architecture and design patterns
• Learn and drive engineering best practices
• Leverage automating testing and CI/CD to rapidly iterate on our product
• Attract top-tier talent to join our driven team
