KonstructIQ, Inc. is a focused startup building an AI-powered construction and financial platform designed to help general contractors win bids and cut manual work. You will contribute to AI-assisted estimating, payments, and scalable features delivered quickly and with quality.

You’ll join a small, ownership-minded team. Expect collaboration across design, product, and sales as you own frontend features (React/NextJS, mobile), shape the tech stack, and help deliver reliable AI workflows in

Competenze

• 3–10 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong frontend with React and NextJS; backend knowledge.
• Experience with mobile development (Capacitor or React Native).
• Solid understanding of web security and performance optimization.
• Strong understanding of agile development practices in fast-moving startups.
• Love working in early-stage chaos and delivering customer-loved solutions.
• Hands-on experience building production AI workflows with tool/calling and orchestration.
• Strong judgment in safe, observable AI systems with human-in-the-loop.

Mansioni

• Build and maintain core product features across frontend (React, NextJS, mobile).
• Collaborate with engineering, design, product, and sales to create seamless customer experiences.
• Write code with AI that balances speed with quality and scalability.
• Shape our tech stack, architecture, and product direction.
• Handle UI tweaks to database queries – full stack work.
• Design and ship AI-assisted features using LLMs and tool/function calls.
• Build and operate reliable AI workflows and lightweight agents that combine model outputs with business logic.
