Productiv Team is hiring a Full-Stack Developer to build an AI-powered development environment using Kiro or similar platforms. You will own core components, reusable frameworks, and AI-assisted workflows, enabling cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software faster.

You will implement agentic workflows, participate in architecture decisions, and contribute to end-to-end feature delivery while aligning with platform engineering goals.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience with NestJS, TypeScript, and Angular.
• Strong knowledge of REST/GraphQL APIs, microservices, and cloud-native development.
• Experience building developer platforms, internal tools, accelerators, or platform engineering solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain components of an enterprise-grade agentic development environment using Kiro or similar platforms.
• Implement multi-agent workflows for requirements generation, design, code generation, testing, and documentation.
• Contribute to scalable development patterns and reusable frameworks for application delivery.
• Develop MVPs and proofs of concept in collaboration with Product and Design partners.
• Turn business requirements and natural language inputs into user stories, technical designs, UI prototypes, and working applications.
• Iterate on concepts through AI-assisted development cycles and gather stakeholder feedback.
• Build and maintain reusable assets including templates, libraries, and service frameworks.
• Apply architecture standards, write clean tests, and participate in code reviews.
• Integrate LLM-based tools into CI/CD pipelines and AI workflows.
• Support adoption of AI-native practices and contribute to governance, security, and quality controls.
