Job summary

TDIndustries is seeking a software developer to build enterprise AI-enhanced applications using JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, Node.js and Express.js. You will leverage AI coding tools to accelerate delivery, improve quality, and drive innovation in business applications.

You will design agentic AI solutions, author prompts and patterns, train SMEs, and collaborate with IT and business users to extend AI capabilities across TDIndustries while ensuring security and governance standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with AI coding assistants in a professional environment.
• Ability to evaluate and safely integrate AI-generated code.
• Node.js experience required.
• Knowledge of Transact-SQL.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• AI certifications preferred.
• Experience with hybrid mobile frameworks preferred.
• Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services desired.
• PowerShell or C# preferred.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering concepts.
• Experience building agentic AI solutions.
• Knowledge of MCP or similar tool-integration frameworks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise applications using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate delivery and improve code quality.
• Build front-end applications with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS, using AI tools for generation and review.
• Develop back-end API services using Node.js, Express.js, and SQL databases with AI-assisted optimization.
• Review AI-generated code for accuracy, security, and TDIndustries standards.
• Collaborate with IT and internal customers on product reviews, tests, and pilots.
• Author prompts and prompt patterns to maximize AI outputs.
• Design, builds, and maintains agentic AI solutions and reusable skills.
• Train SMEs on AI-assisted development practices and create related materials.
• Document AI Skills definitions and governance patterns.
• Package agentic solutions for non-technical users and stay current on AI frameworks.
