Job summary

Hendler Family Brewing Company is seeking a Software Engineering and IT Co-Op to join our Data team in Framingham. This hands-on role ships bug fixes and new features to internal applications used across production, taproom, marketing, and operations.

You will write SQL in our ERP (SAP Business One) and support IT operations, with AI-assisted development tools, collaborating with teams and learning how software, data, and IT run a modern brewery.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Computer Science or related field.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript and SQL.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP/CRM vocabulary and AI-assisted development tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain internal web applications with React, TypeScript, and SQL/PostgreSQL.
• Write and optimize SQL queries and reports in SAP Business One ERP.
• Perform data analysis to support production, inventory, and sales decisions.
• Support IT operations: set up devices, image and redeploy machines, troubleshoot issues.
• Assist with the help desk and triage feature requests and data requests.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding and debugging.
