Hendler Family Brewing Company (the team behind Jack's Abby, Wormtown, and Night Shift) is looking for a motivated Co-Op to join our Data team. This is a hands‑on opportunity to do real software engineering work inside a working brewery: you'll ship bug fixes and new features to internal applications used daily by our production, taproom, marketing, sales, and operations teams, write SQL in our ERP to answer real business questions, and help keep the company's hardware and systems running.
You’ll work in a modern, AI-assisted development environment within the context of a large-scale industrial brewery. We use AI coding tools (including Claude Code) as a core part of our workflow, and you’ll learn to build, debug, and analyze with them from day one. This role is ideal for a student who wants to see how software, data, and IT come together to run a real manufacturing business and who wants their code shipping within the first few weeks.
