Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Fulfillment Systems & Solutions Program Manager to lead a portfolio of fulfillment systems and technology initiatives onsite in Whitestown, IN. You will coordinate solution design, testing, implementation, and post-launch support while driving data governance and operational controls.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or fulfillment environments, with strong SAP and WMS/WCS/WES knowledge.

Qualifications

Experience leading cross-functional projects or programs.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
Experience with SAP, WMS/WCS/WES and warehouse automation technologies.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison between fulfillment operations, IT, automation teams, 3PL partners, and business stakeholders.
Translate operational challenges into business requirements and technology solutions.
Lead cross-functional initiatives involving SAP, WMS, WCS/WES, automation platforms, reporting tools, and system integrations.
