Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Fulfillment Systems & Solutions Program Manager to drive the evolution of fulfillment systems across the distribution network. The role combines operations, IT, SAP, WMS, and AI-enabled technologies to identify gaps and deliver scalable, practical solutions.

You will report to the Fulfillment Manager and work onsite in Whitestown, IN, leading initiatives from design through post-launch while ensuring data quality and governance across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between fulfillment ops, IT, automation, 3PL and business stakeholders.
• Translate operational challenges into business requirements and system enhancements.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives involving SAP, WMS, WCS/WES, automation, and integrations.
• Coordinate design, testing (UAT), implementation, cutover and post-launch support.
• Drive root-cause analysis for process, system, data, and integration issues.
