Job summary

IST Management Services, Inc. seeks a FP&A Systems Manager to transform financial and operational data into actionable insights, owning reporting, automation, and scalable forecasting systems. This role emphasizes AI-enhanced analytics to drive speed and accuracy in financial decisions.

Initially on-site during the 90-day training period; afterward, hybrid with 2 days per week WFH. Requires 5+ years FP&A experience, Sage Intacct proficiency, and strong Excel/BI skills to optimize performance

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive FP&A, financial analysis, or related experience.
Experience automating reporting workflows and improving financial processes.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP and BI tools.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance recurring financial reports, dashboards, and KPI reporting.
Automate recurring reports, reconciliations, data preparation, and other manual finance processes.
Improve data integrations between financial systems and reporting tools; ensure data quality and controls.
Identify opportunities to apply AI and advanced analytics to financial reporting and automation.
