Job summary

ClickUp is seeking an FP&A Manager to act as the financial business partner across R&D, G&A, and Corporate. You’ll own forecasting, month-end close, and budget versus actual reporting, partnering directly with department leaders and the accounting team.

This high-autonomy role sits on a lean Strategic Finance team with day-one ownership. You will manage expense forecasting, headcount planning, rolling forecasts, and board-ready outputs, leveraging AI tools to accelerate workflows and deliver

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A or strategic finance experience in a high-growth SaaS/tech environment.
• Experience owning multiple cost centers or business lines.
• Fluency in SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, gross margin, CAC, CLTV) and linking operating metrics to financial outcomes.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and budget-to-actual analysis skills.
• Experience with ERP and procurement platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Coupa).

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle of FP&A: forecasting, month-end close, and budget vs. actuals.
• Partner with department leaders and the accounting team across R&D, G&A, and Corporate.
• Prepare board decks, QFR, and investor-ready reporting.
• Drive rolling forecasts and variance analysis, and provide commentary.
• Collaborate with recruiting, procurement, and department leaders on spend decisions.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate forecasting workflows and analytics.
