Job summary

Dematic is seeking a motivated Financial Analyst to support FP&A, budgeting, and reporting across Engineering, Project Management, and Installation within the Flexible Automation organization.

You will partner with operational leaders, analyze variances, support month-end close, and contribute to AI-enabled finance initiatives, helping drive transparency and business insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, data analytics, or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Controlling, or related role.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is a must.
• Ability to manage several priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual budget, monthly forecast, and long-range planning processes for assigned cost centers.
• Analyze actual results versus budget and forecast, identifying variances and performance drivers.
• Prepare recurring financial reports, dashboards, and KPI metrics.
• Partner with operational leaders to provide financial analysis and decision support.
