Job summary

Coreforce is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to help build a best-in-class Finance organization. You will work directly with executive leadership to influence strategic decisions and embrace AI and automation capabilities.

Lead FP&A, forecasting, modeling, and strategic analysis for our SaaS and Hardware-as-a-Service businesses, partnering with the CFO to drive AI-driven improvements and robust financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline.
• 5-8+ years of FP&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Strategic Finance or Financial Consulting experience.
• Experience within SaaS, HaaS, technology, subscription or high-growth businesses.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel expertise.
• Expert financial modeling skills.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual operating plan, quarterly forecasting, long-range planning and monthly financial reviews.
• Own company-wide budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Develop monthly, quarterly and annual executive reporting packages.
• Perform detailed variance analysis against budget, forecast, prior year and strategic plan.
• Develop financial insights to improve operational performance and support executive decision-making.
• Partner closely with Accounting to ensure consistency between reporting and forecasting.
