Qualifications

• Direct prior exposure to founder sourcing or ecosystem development preferred.
• Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Founder & Ecosystem Development: Build a dense network across founders, angels, scouts, venture funds, operators, and communities.
• Active Founder Sourcing: Source high-potential pre-seed opportunities via relationship-driven outreach and in-market engagement.
• Maintaining Our Founder Bar: Define and relay founder attributes and signals to prioritize in sourcing.
• Team Ecosystem Orchestration: Map universities, accelerators, regional ecosystems, and events for sustained relationships.
• Partnering with Founders from Sourcing Through Diligence & IC: Build trust early and support founders through diligence and IC prep.
• AI-Native Sourcing Systems: Build an AI-enabled sourcing engine using data signals and automation.
