Job summary

Redesign Health in SF or NYC is hiring an early-stage investor focused on pre-seed deal sourcing within the healthcare AI ecosystem. You will build proprietary founder relationships, create differentiated deal flow, and scale outreach through AI tooling, working closely with partner teams on path to Investment Committee.

As an AI-native sourcer, you’ll map ecosystems, engage founders early, and maintain a high-quality pipeline while leveraging data signals and workflow automation to multiply

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of venture capital, early-stage investing, startups, or related field.
• Direct exposure to founder sourcing or venture ecosystem development is strongly preferred.
• Ability to build real relationships across founders, angels, microfunds, operators, and investors.
• Experience using AI tools or workflow automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Founder & Ecosystem Development — build a dense network across founders, angels, scouts, venture funds, operators, and communities.
• Active Founder Sourcing — source high-potential pre-seed opportunities through relationship-driven sourcing.
• Maintaining Our Founder Bar — ensure founder attributes and signals align with selection standards.
• Team Ecosystem Orchestration — map universities, accelerators, and communities to extend Redesign’s reach.
• Partnering with Founders from Sourcing Through Diligence & IC — build trust and support evaluation with speed and rigor.
• AI-Native Sourcing Systems — build and refine an AI-enabled sourcing engine for prioritizing outreach.
