Human Agency is seeking a founder/operator to launch and run a physical services business in Boston, MA, from day one. You will build the brand, hire the first tradesperson, set up operations, and deliver real services to real customers in the Boston market.

You will architect AI-driven operating systems for scheduling, diagnostics, and customer management, while owning hiring, P&L, and growth. Equity upside and travel for client engagements are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a business from zero to revenue.
• Comfort with physical-world operations (trucks, schedules, crews, client sites).
• Ability to architect AI-enabled workflows and systems.
• Evidence of shipping products or launching projects.
• Experience hiring and managing teams in ambiguous settings.

Responsibilities

• Launch and run the business end-to-end as CEO from day one in Boston market.
• Design AI-driven operating systems for scheduling, diagnostics, and customer management.
• Own hiring and managing a lean team of tradespeople; use AI to source and onboard.
• Run P&L with accountability for profitability and sustainability.
• Document the model and scale it to other markets and verticals.
