Job summary

FutureSight in Seattle is seeking an applied AI builder to co-found and lead the technical direction of a new B2B AI company from zero. You will define architecture, frame problems, and translate product intent into actionable systems that customers can actually trust.

You will build hands-on, using frontier models and agentic architectures to move from ambiguity to a shipped product with real value. Equity and studio backing accompany this hands-on, customer-oriented venture.

Qualifications

• Experience turning AI capability into shipped products.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical direction from day one: framing, architecture, and product judgement.
• Translate product intent into structured requirements for humans and AI.
• Build hands-on with frontier models to ship robust solutions.
• Be the technical voice in early customer conversations and feedback loops.
• Design and build practical agentic systems with principled tradeoffs.
• Demonstrate traction before scaling the team; recruit later as needed.
• Contribute to fundraising through investor discussions and due diligence.
