Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is looking for an Executive Director to lead the US & WW Forecasting in Commercial US & WW Forecasting. This role partners with MAx, Brand, Finance, and Investor Relations to drive accurate, scenario-based forecasts and KPI alignment across geographies.

You will champion AI-enabled forecasting capabilities, supervise a talented team, and influence strategic decisions across the enterprise in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Seasoned experience leading enterprise forecasting in pharma/biotech environments.
• Proven ability to translate business questions into clear forecasting roadmaps.
• Strong collaboration across Commercial, Finance, R&D and Investor Relations teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end forecasting for the therapeutic area, delivering high-quality forecasts for multiple time horizons.
• Coordinate with MAx, Brand and Finance to align inputs and run scenario analyses.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled analytics to improve forecast accuracy and efficiency.
• Coach and develop a high-performing forecasting team and champion new ways of working.
