Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Manager, Analytical AI Forecasting and Predictive Solutions in Princeton, NJ to develop and deploy advanced forecasting models and ML solutions for Commercial Demand. You will partner with Finance, Commercial, and Analytics teams to translate business questions into actionable analytics and ensure model reliability.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in analytics, proficiency in Python/R and SQL, and experience with Tableau and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a quantitative field required; MBA or other graduate degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Python/R, SQL, Tableau, and MS Office.
• 2–3 years hands-on experience in advanced analytics/data science; forecasting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and support analytical, ML, and forecasting solutions across forecasting applications with a focus on Commercial Demand.
• Collaborate with Finance, Commercial, Market Access, and Analytics teams to translate business questions into forecasting solutions.
• Monitor model performance and communicate results and assumptions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support documentation for models and workflows; contribute to best-practice adoption across forecasting use cases.
