Job summary

Finom is seeking a Principal/Lead PM to shape AI-native product experiences across its platform. You will work closely with AI engineers to balance model capabilities with product needs and prototype rapidly to learn and iterate.

You will navigate commercial impact and regulatory considerations while driving a roadmap that unlocks user value across Europe, with options for remote or hybrid work and stock options.

Qualifications

• Proven PM experience at Principal/Lead level with AI/ML product exposure.
• Ability to discuss feasibility with AI engineers and distinguish model limits from product decisions.
• Entrepreneurial track record turning ambiguity into shipped outcomes.
• Strong systems thinking, linking strategy to concrete implementation.
• Comfort discussing customer value and business impact in one dialogue.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and roadmap for AI-native product experiences across the platform.
• Collaborate daily with AI engineers as a technical peer to evaluate trade-offs.
• Prototype relentlessly and learn fast rather than perfect in spec.
• Find scrappy paths to outcomes when the obvious path is blocked.
• Balance experimentation speed with fintech regulatory rigor.
• Make a solid commercial case for your builds with defendable metrics.
