Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Oracle EPM Planning (PBCS/EPBCS) experience.
• 2+ years with AI/ML tech including LLMs and AI agent development.
• Proficiency in Groovy scripting with AI coding assistants.
• Strong SQL skills and data integration experience.
• Familiarity with cloud AI services (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Experience with prompt engineering and RAG architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Oracle EPM Planning models with integrated AI capabilities.
• Develop AI-powered scenario generation for forecasting and planning.
• Create AI agents to automate planning tasks and improve user experience.
• Implement data validation, anomaly detection, and variance analysis with AI insights.
• Collaborate with Data/Tech teams to integrate planning with source systems.
