Job summary

Lev seeks an AI-fluent Finance & Operations Manager to oversee budgeting, performance tracking, and vendor management in NYC. Responsibilities include developing financial forecasts, managing external bookkeepers, and leading AI-driven operational efficiency initiatives. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years in finance, strong experience with financial modeling, and excellent communication skills. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in finance, operations or FP&A roles in high-growth SaaS, technology or startup environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and variance analysis.
• Experience managing or coordinating bookkeeping functions, month-end close, AP/AR, software/vendor contract management.
• Deep comfort with spreadsheets and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO to develop and refine budgets and financial forecasts.
• Monitor ongoing performance against financial models and provide proactive recommendations.
• Prepare and present regular financial dashboards and management reports.
• Oversee external bookkeepers and ensure accurate transaction capture.
• Manage and optimize software/vendor contracts.
