STR is seeking a Senior Procurement Administrator to join the Contracts & Supply Chain team in support of defense and government programs. You will manage full procurement lifecycles, collaborate across Programs, Finance, Contracts, and Engineering, and drive strategic sourcing aligned with program requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of federal procurement experience (or a Master’s with 3+ years), the ability to obtain a U.S.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of federal procurement experience or Master’s degree plus 3 years.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance (US Citizenship required).
• Experience negotiating with vendors and managing suppliers.
• Familiarity with FAR, DFARS, and agency-specific regulations and policy interpretation.
• Knowledge of ITAR/EAR export controls and counterfeit parts prevention practices.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee full procurement lifecycle from planning through closeout per FAR/DFARS.
• Coordinate with Programs, Finance, Contracts, and Engineering to meet program requirements.
• Develop and maintain external relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
• Conduct market research, supplier qualification, source selection, and price analysis.
• Utilize ERP systems to create and manage purchase orders and maintain documentation.
• Identify process improvements to scale procurement activities while staying compliant.
