Qualifications

• 1–3 years of coordination/administrative experience in facilities or operations.
• Strong organization and ability to track multiple commitments.
• Proficient with spreadsheets and data management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vendors, schedules, site access and work confirmations.
• Log and track service requests from intake to resolution.
• Maintain contracts, insurance, scopes, submittals, warranties, and assets.
• Track progress against schedules and close-out turnover packages.
• Assist purchasing, invoices, and matching to PO scopes.
• Prepare meeting logistics, agendas and follow‑ups.
• Maintain dashboards and recurring reporting on work orders and spending.
• Own day‑to‑day data quality in work‑order and asset systems.
