Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Finance Reinvention Senior Manager to lead end-to-end F&A transformation initiatives for global enterprise clients. You will drive deal lifecycle from pursuit to execution, build CFO-level relationships, and design AI-first finance solutions leveraging ERP ecosystems.

The role requires deep domain expertise in PTP/OTC/RTR/FP&A, proven track record closing large finance deals, and the ability to articulate value propositions that close engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in large-scale F&A transformation, consulting, or BPO with a sales or revenue component.
• Minimum 5 years deep domain experience in PTP, OTC, RTR, or FP&A.

Responsibilities

• Lead F&A Sales and Practice — Own the full deal lifecycle from pursuit and origination through shaping, oral presentations, workshops, co-design, and project execution for global enterprise clients.
• Drive CFO-level relationships — Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs, CAOs, and Finance leadership, influencing strategy and generating new opportunities through insight and credibility.
• Design AI-first Finance solutions — Apply agentic AI, intelligent automation, and emerging ERP and ecosystem technologies to reinvent F&A operating models, with clear value outcomes at the centre of every design decision.
• Shape compelling value propositions — Translate complex transformation program into commercially clear narratives that win client CFO confidence and close large-scale managed services deals.
• Deliver deep domain expertise — Act as a recognised specialist in at least one F&A tower (PTP, OTC, RTR, or FP&A), leading process re-engineering, digital transformation, and AI integration within that domain.
• Set the thought leadership agenda — Contribute to market-facing points of view on Finance Reinvention, AI in F&A, and the future of the Finance function; elevate the firm’s presence at industry forums.
