The role emphasizes structured PM practices, collaboration with stakeholders, and ongoing process innovation, including AI-enabled documentation and retrospective analysis.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in service, operations, or program management.
• Ability to influence across a matrixed organization and lead multiple teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive-ready updates.
• Strong organizational skills to manage several concurrent workstreams.
• Proven program management including planning, risks, and issue escalation.
• Business acumen to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with large datasets, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Project Management Excellence for GRB Flagship Events and single source of truth for plans.
• Lead kickoff calls 16+ weeks before event; align scope, timelines, roles, success criteria.
• Run weekly/bi-weekly stand-ups; drive cross-functional collaboration and milestones.
• Synthesize post-event feedback into retrospective deliverables for improvements.
• Identify and escalate risks to ensure timely visibility and mitigation.
• Map tasks, ownership, and expectations across planning stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Drive to enhance calls and strengthen execution discipline.
• Advance PM capability through training, certifications, and applied learning.
• Pilot new workflows, templates, and meeting frameworks for efficiency.
• Leverage AI tools to improve meeting notes, prompts, and retrospective analysis.
