Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and four years of relevant experience.
• Advanced degree may substitute for the required experience.
• Experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions and related enterprise applications.
• Ability to configure, support, and enhance enterprise applications in a complex environment.
• Experience with API integrations and data integrations.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert functional and technical support for PeopleSoft Campus Solutions and related enterprise modules (HCM, CFS) and third-party systems.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, perform fit/gap analyses, and design, configure, document, and coordinate new functionality.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and technical support for Campus Solutions, including expert level IT service ticket support.
• Coordinate system releases, upgrades, patches, and training with stakeholders.
• Develop APIs integrations between PeopleSoft and other enterprise systems.
• Build, maintain, and enhance integrations and portal applications across the enterprise landscape.
• Write advanced reports and complex queries, and perform data integration and reporting at the enterprise level.
• Evaluate AI-enabled features and advise on secure adoption within governance standards.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and share knowledge with the team.
