Job summary

Kinsale is seeking a Software Developer to join a cross-functional Agile team and drive full lifecycle development of enterprise apps. You will leverage AI coding tools to accelerate coding, automate tasks, and raise code quality, while shaping technical vision for your team.

Senior candidates will contribute to architecture decisions, cloud adoption, and mentoring, with opportunities to influence roadmaps and engineering practices. This role is based in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field or bootcamp certification.
• Strong Java and Angular experience with modern stacks.
• Experience with enterprise/full-stack applications.
• Curious about new tech and practical uses.
• Familiar with AWS, SQS, EKS, Python, SQL, JSON, Kong, Kafka, and cloud tech.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and development best practices.
• Agile mindset and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with AI coding assistants and LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to or lead architecture and design of enterprise apps.
• Research and recommend technologies to solve challenges.
• Champion coding, testing, security, and Agile practices.
