Job summary

ICF is seeking a Senior Agentic Enterprise Solutions Engineer to design, code, and evolve AI-enabled enterprise applications. The role partners with business stakeholders, translating complex problems into scalable, secure software while aligning with enterprise standards.

Ideal candidates combine strong software engineering, enterprise architecture awareness, and experience with Azure/AWS cloud-native platforms.

Qualifications

1+ year with agentic coding tools and AI-assisted development methodologies (Claude Code or equivalent).
6+ years of software engineering, application development, or solutions engineering experience.
Full-stack software development experience.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
4+ years experience back-office building enterprise solutions, working directly with business stakeholders and translating requirements into technology solutions using strong written and verbal communication skills.
3+ years experience with TypeScript/Node.js, Python, databases, APIs, and modern application architectures.
3+ years experience building cloud-native solutions using Azure and/or AWS.

Responsibilities

Agentic Solution Engineering: Use agentic coding and AI-assisted development practices to rapidly design, build, test, and evolve enterprise business solutions.
Enterprise Solutions Development: Design, build, enhance, and support enterprise business applications and enterprise solutions.
Business Partnership: Partner directly with stakeholders to understand business objectives, identify root causes, and define solution approaches.
Platform, Data & Integration Collaboration: Collaborate with Cloud Engineering, Integration, and Data teams to align solutions with enterprise standards.
