Job summary

Tessera Labs is seeking a Product Manager to join its growing product organization in New York. This hands-on IC role shapes product strategy and execution across AI-driven enterprise products, turning LLMs, ML models, and knowledge systems into scalable solutions.

You will own end-to-end AI features, from problem discovery to measurable business impact, partnering with Engineering, Delivery, Sales, and GTM teams to deliver valuable products for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience building and scaling B2B products.
• Strong background in ERP or enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• AI-first mindset with experience launching AI-driven products.
• Ability to define high-fidelity requirements and prototypes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Strategic prioritization and sound judgment.
• Deep understanding of agile product development.
• Collaborates effectively with engineering, GTM, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Identify pain points through market and customer analysis.
• Define product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics.
• Prioritize high-value AI use cases based on ROI and feasibility.
• Understand real-world workflows with customers and sales teams.
• Translate requirements into an actionable engineering backlog.
• Collaborate with engineering in an agile environment to deliver features.
• Provide ongoing feedback to engineering throughout development.
• Support product positioning, storytelling, and launches with GTM teams.
• Work with customer teams during implementations to ensure adoption and impact.
