Job summary

Pattern Labs is seeking a Technical Product Manager to bridge AI technology and strategic business value. You will work with engineering, data science, and AI teams to design, build, and deploy AI-driven marketplace solutions, leveraging data and ML to drive e-commerce growth.

You will collaborate across stakeholders to shape product roadmaps, define architectures, and deliver scalable features on a tight, entrepreneurial timeline, with opportunities to lead foundational AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background with an understanding of software systems and data architecture.
• Proven experience bridging business strategy and technical execution in product management.
• Passion for AI, machine learning, and applying new AI technologies.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, agile and ownership-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate business goals into technical product requirements and system architectures.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and AI teams to design and deploy AI-driven products.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging AI tools and workflows into Pattern Labs.
• Define and track KPIs to measure product performance and drive optimization.
