Job summary

Careerscape is hiring an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to oversee a portfolio of strategic accounts with multi-million ARR in a fast-growing AI fintech environment. This on-site SF role will involve partnering with VP- and C-level leaders, coordinating with sales, product, and the CEO to scale adoption, renewals, and expansions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a CSM for enterprise or mid-market B2B SaaS.
• Experience owning large books of business ($3M+ ARR) and relationships with VP/C-level stakeholders.
• At least 1 year at a venture-backed startup (Series A–D), building or improving processes.
• A product-minded approach: you understand technical products in depth and can explain how capabilities create business value.
• Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude in your daily work.
• Ability to work on-site in San Francisco 5 days a week and travel to customer sites 1–2 days a month.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact and trusted advisor for executives at your accounts.
• Drive adoption, account health and renewals; spot risk early and lead recovery plans before customers escalate
• Run data-driven quarterly and executive business reviews with VP and C-level stakeholders
• Find expansion opportunities and work with the sales team to grow net revenue retention
• Turn platform metrics (automation, adoption and containment rates) into a clear business story
• Speak credibly about how the AI product works, and bring customer feedback to product and engineering with data
• Keep account health, risk flags and renewal forecasts accurate in the CRM
