Blue Origin LLC is seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager (SCPM) to act as an embedded owner translating program demand into executable sourcing strategies. You will join engineering and manufacturing, participate in design reviews, and drive supplier readiness through PPAP, capability studies, and run-at-rate validation.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on cost-down, dual-sourcing, and cycle-time compression, onboarding suppliers, and building end-to-end supplier

Qualifications

• Bachelors with 7+ years or Masters with 5+ years in supply chain, engineering, or program management in manufacturing.
• Experience managing NPI or development programs from design to high-rate production.
• First Article Inspection, supplier capability studies, and production readiness validation incl. run-at-rate.
• Understanding takt time, line balancing, capacity validation, supplier scalability.

Responsibilities

• Embed with engineering and manufacturing to define sourcing strategies.
• Lead bid packages and competitive source selection events.
• Qualify and onboard suppliers, including capability validation and contracts.
• Drive supplier readiness through PPAP and run-at-rate validation.
• Negotiate contracts and manage long-term agreements; monitor performance.
