Job summary

Blue Origin seeks a Supply Chain Program Manager to own demand-to-sourcing in an AI-first environment. You will embed with technical programs, drive supplier readiness, and lead source selections while managing LTAs and complex contracts. Collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and leadership to optimize cost and schedule.

Ideal candidates have NPIs or development program experience, plus strong analytics, communication, and cross-functional skills. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with relevant experience in manufacturing.
• Experience managing NPIs or development programs from design to scale.
• Experience with supplier qualification, run-at-rate, and PPAP processes.
• Strong ability to drive sourcing strategies and total cost analysis.

Responsibilities

• Convert program demand, design, and schedule into sourcing strategies.
• Lead competitive source selection events and supplier onboarding.
• Negotiate contracts and manage LTAs/MSAs with indexed pricing.
• Embed with technical programs and report status to leadership.
