The ideal candidate has 0–5 years of experience in email or digital marketing and is comfortable working with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics to scale campaigns and improve results.

Qualifications

• 0–5 years of experience in email marketing or related field.
• Hands-on experience using Claude for marketing or content creation.
• Experience developing and executing email marketing campaigns.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
• Understanding of A/B testing, segmentation, personalization, and campaign analytics.
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Self-starter who enjoys experimenting with AI and new marketing technologies.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute email campaigns that drive engagement, leads, and pipeline.
• Use Claude to create and refine subject lines, email copy, CTAs, campaign concepts, and personalized messaging.
• Build repeatable Claude prompts and workflows to improve email production and campaign efficiency.
• Conduct A/B tests across subject lines, messaging, offers, and calls to action.
• Analyze open, click-through, conversion, and engagement data to optimize campaign performance.
• Support audience segmentation, nurture campaigns, and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
• Partner with sales and marketing teams to align email campaigns with demand-generation goals.
• Identify opportunities to automate and scale email marketing processes using AI.
