Job summary

The Ai Training Company is seeking experienced education professionals to help improve advanced AI systems by creating realistic teaching tasks, evaluating AI-generated content, and providing structured feedback grounded in pedagogy and standards.

You will develop lessons, units, assessments, grading rubrics, and instructional materials; review content for grade-level appropriateness; align with Common Core and NGSS; and collaborate remotely with a research team.

Qualifications

3+ years of professional education experience in teaching or curriculum development
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
Strong understanding of teaching, learning, and assessment
Ability to evaluate educational content for accuracy and appropriateness
Excellent attention to detail and clear communication
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Responsibilities

Create realistic education tasks based on your day-to-day professional experience
Develop lesson plans, unit plans, assessments, grading rubrics, interventions, accommodations, and instructional materials
Review AI-generated educational content for accuracy, quality, and pedagogical soundness
Evaluate whether materials are appropriate for the intended grade level, subject, and learner population
Review alignment with Common Core, NGSS, state standards, discipline-specific standards, or curriculum frameworks
Collaborate remotely and asynchronously with a research team
