Meridial seeks independent instructional experts to help train AI on educational scenarios. The role focuses on evaluating and clarifying AI understanding of pedagogy, create gold standard teaching exemplars, and rewrite explanations to improve model reasoning and teaching quality.

You will engage with AI models on complex instructional scenarios, assess reasoning quality, document gaps, and produce clear, empathetic explanations.

Formación

• Hands-on experience teaching, tutoring, or building curriculum.
• Experience with university instruction, bootcamps, corporate enablement, or online courses.
• Clear native-level English communication; ability to explain concepts step by step.

Responsabilidades

• Engage AI models on instructional scenarios and assess reasoning quality.
• Evaluate AI outputs for clarity and correctness in pedagogical contexts.
• Document gaps in logic and provide rewritten explanations.
• Produce high empathy and rigorous communication of concepts.
