Appsierra Group is seeking an Education & Tutoring Expert to contribute to training and improving next-generation AI systems. The role leverages real-world teaching experience to engage in educational conversations, explain concepts clearly, and support learners across levels.

This remote contract opportunity is open to educators and tutors in the United States, with flexible one-on-one and paired conversations and no prior AI experience required.

Competenze

• Professional experience as a teacher, private tutor, or educator.
• Several years of hands-on teaching or tutoring experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain concepts clearly and adapt explanations to different learners.
• Experience conducting one-on-one tutoring sessions.
• Strong active listening and student engagement skills.
• Comfortable working remotely and in paired conversation sessions.

Mansioni

• Participate in realistic one-on-one tutoring and educational conversations.
• Simulate common tutoring situations, including explaining concepts, answering questions, guiding learners, and providing academic support.
