Job summary

Gibson Dunn, a leading global law firm, seeks a GPS Manager, AI & Advisory Solutions to drive responsible AI adoption across eDiscovery and litigation support. You will translate AI strategy into practical workflows, collaborating with case teams and stakeholders to deliver measurable efficiency and cost control.

You will lead a team of eDiscovery Advisors and SMEs, champion governance, and partner with Information Systems and firm leadership to accelerate AI adoption while upholding

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required; JD or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in legal tech/eDiscovery; 5+ years in management and leading cross‑border matters.
• Experience with AI governance, data privacy, and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-enabled eDiscovery and litigation‑support workflows, delivering measurable value to attorneys and clients.
• Reengineer and document SOPs, workflows, and roles reflecting AI‑enabled processes and best practices.
• Drive responsible AI adoption with governance, security, and confidentiality across the firm.
