Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Analytics Leader to drive the KCP eCommerce analytics roadmap and align insights with commercial priorities and growth. You will partner with cross-functional teams to embed analytics into planning and performance tracking.

You will own the analytics stack, drive AI-enabled insights, translate complex data into executive-ready recommendations, and develop dashboards for KPIs like traffic, conversion, content, pricing, and availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or commercial analytics, preferably in eCommerce or omnichannel environments.
• Strong ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data into executive-ready insights.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced expertise in Excel, Power BI, and other analytical/visualization tools; experience with AI tools preferred.
• Proven ability to connect analytics to business outcomes and growth decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the eCommerce Analytics Roadmap aligned to commercial priorities and growth objectives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics into planning, execution, and performance tracking.
• Own and manage the eCommerce technology and analytics stack, driving simplification, scalability, and synergies with platforms and tools.
• Integrate AI and analytics capabilities to enhance decision-making, forecasting, and opportunity identification.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights, storytelling, and recommendations for senior leaders.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, performance scorecards, and standardized reporting across key eCommerce KPIs.
