Job summary

Jobtailor helps organizations optimize digital commerce by turning data into actionable insights. This role focuses on measuring and reporting digital sales performance to drive revenue and improve the customer journey.

You will analyze customer behavior across the funnel, collaborate with teams to test hypotheses, and establish KPI standards used company-wide to ensure consistent measurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in: eCommerce Analytics, Digital Analytics, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) or related analytical disciplines.
• Deep experience using web analytics platforms such as: Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Adobe Analytics, Contentsquare, Quantum Metric or similar analytics solutions.
• Experience analyzing customer journeys using: Session replay tools, Heatmaps, Behavioral analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive eCommerce Performance Analytics by owning the measurement and reporting of digital sales performance while providing actionable insights that improve business results.
• Monitoring and analyzing performance across the end-to-end digital sales funnel to identify opportunities to improve Conversion Funnel progression, Abandonment rates, Revenue performance.
• Analyze customer behavior throughout key stages of the digital sales funnel to identify friction points and conversion opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop Test hypotheses, Success metrics, Measurement strategies.
• Provide stakeholders with clear visibility into: Channel performance, Customer behavior, Business health.
• Establish standardized KPI definitions and reporting methodologies to ensure consistent measurement across the organization.
